Pursuit of Throwing a baseball 110+ mph while staying injury free through various methods

Abstract

This is research collected and gathered by me and of what needs to be done for a human to exceed the throwing velocities of 110+ mph, while keeping injury rate low in the process there will be injury prevention methods. This research examines the ways this is done, through pitching biomechanics, training methods, technology methods, nutrition, and plyometric drills & arm care, while reviewing the advancements in throwing mechanics and training strategies to tackle such a great feat. Additionally, my research paper will possess the physiological and neurological factors that attribute to the possibility of making such a great feat real. Despite challenges in understanding this process, in the research there is an understanding that there are multiple variables influencing a human reaching these capabilities of throwing 110+ through daily disciplines that can be obtained within the player trying to tackle this feat. This research also covers the preexisting research and modern up to date research that collects new and old to come up with conclusion of how such a feat of throwing 110+ mph is something that can happen and that is right around the corner.
