ANXIETY IN MILITARY KIDS
Abstract
Abstract
Have you ever experienced anxiety? This paper provides a summary of the current understanding of anxiety in military children and emphasizes the need to focus on their unique challenges within military life. Military children are frequently at an increased risk of experiencing anxiety due to their unique circumstances. It is essential for their parents, caregivers, educators and people that influence them to explore effective strategies to support these children in navigating their challenges. Providing appropriate resources and support systems will enable military children to confront their circumstances in a constructive manner, thereby reducing their vulnerability to anxiety (Cramm et al., 2019).
