About the Journal

The Journal was chartered by the Murray State University Center for Agricultural Hemp ( est. 2019, Murray, Ky ) as a means to facilitate collection and organization of the work being done by multiple institutions into one source made accessible to the public.

The Journal serves a central point of all scholarly knowledge of the top issues pertaining to agricultural hemp and hemp products. The JAHR is a multidisciplinary, peer-review academic journal, focusing on core areas of study covering agricultural issues in hemp.

In addition to scholarly work, the Journal also includes a "Special Features" section. In this section, readers will find material including but not limited to policy updates, interviews, letters to the Editor, book reviews, and multimedia features.

The JAHR is an open access digital publication for a broad audience of readers interested in the agricultural issues of hemp.
